Our project management   team are skilled in project governance and applying their skill set to a broad range of industries and project types. All of our project managers are  strong communicators and team leaders. 

Already have in-house delivery teams but want some senior overview and guidance? inFORRM can also  fulfil the project director role for a single project or a program of   projects.

inFORRM can provide Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and experienced Project Directors.

  The Project Engineer is the conduit of information between the project governance (Project Management) and the project technical execution.

This role requires someone with strong communication skills who has a good understanding of the technical requirements and delivery process, as well as the project management process and controls.

inFORRM can provide you with a Project Engineer as either a resource on a project that we managing for you or as a stand-alone resource to integrate with your existing team. All of our project engineers are degree qualified engineers (in fact all of our PMs are either qualified engineers or technicians) and understand the importance of both technical integrity and project governance.

  Having a plan that is realistic, achievable, considers risks, yet is still sufficiently ambitious to drive efficient delivery is one of the single most effective ways of achieving project outcomes in the best interest of the business. inFORRM can help develop these plans for you. For planning we can use Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, or any of your preferred in house software. Our planning typically involves

• Scope definition 
• Application of execution logic 
• Resource planning
• Risk analysis (including Monte Carlo)
• Critical Path Determination

Once you have a great plan it is vital to measure progress against that plan. inFORRM can provide your project controls from beginning to end. This may include WBS development, Cost Control Account creation, Collating project progress and actual cost/effort figures, Earned Value Analysis, and Project Reporting.
